Fatal Encounter takes place in the year 2015. Ryker, the leader of the "Sacrifice For A Greater Cause" is looking at creating a new world order but not without a little bit chaos to go with it. He's interested in recruiting a young martial artist, Fenneck, to join him and his cause. Once Fenneck declines his offer it's a fight to the end for the beginning or end of this twisted organization. Alongside with Rich, Fenneck's partner it is up to them to save their city as it currently is.

In the year 2018, Rich and Fenneck return with a new friend, Nick, to put a hole in the Twisted Organization known as "Sacrifice For A Greater Cause." Their 2nd in Command of the West, Seth; is looking at taking Human Evolution to a whole new level but not without inhumane acts. This film takes place 3 years after the events of the first Fatal Encounter with a returning cast of characters.
